The DALLAS COWBOYS lead the NFL with a plus-60 point differential through the first two weeks of the season after capturing 40-0 and 30-10 victories in Weeks 1 and 2, respectively. They are the fifth team in the Super Bowl era to score at least 70 points and allow 10-or-fewer points through their first two games of a season.
Los Angeles Rams rookie wide receiver PUKA NACUA, a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft from BYU, totaled a single-game rookie-record 15 receptions for 147 yards in Week 2, after recording 10 receptions for 119 yards in his debut on Kickoff Weekend.
Nacua became the first player ever with at least 10 receptions and 100 receiving yards in each of his first two career games. His 25 receptions are the most-ever by a player in his first two career games and are already the most by any player in his first three career games, surpassing ANQUAN BOLDIN (23 receptions in his first three career games in 2003).
Last week, Philadelphia quarterback JALEN HURTS recorded his 9th-career game with at least two rushing touchdowns. With two rushing touchdowns at Tampa Bay on Monday Night Football (7:15 PM ET, ABC), Hurts will tie CAM NEWTON (10 games) for the most such games by a quarterback in NFL history.
Hurts has 28 rushing touchdowns in 47 career games. With one more rushing touchdown, he will surpass Newton (28) for the most rushing touchdowns by a quarterback in his first 50 career games.

The MIAMI DOLPHINS totaled 536 yards of offense in their Kickoff Weekend victory over the Chargers, the most offensive yards by any team in a Week 1 game since Baltimore in 2019. Quarterback TUA TAGOVAILOA recorded 466 passing yards and three touchdown passes in last week’s victory – the fourth-most passing yards in a season-opening game in NFL history – and was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week.
When ANTHONY RICHARDSON and the Colts travel to face C.J. STROUD and the Texans, it will mark the second game in NFL history featuring two starting quarterbacks both under the age of 22. Each quarterback is currently 21 years old.
Los Angeles Rams rookie wide receiver PUKA NACUA, a fifth-round selection in the 2023 Draft, recorded 10 receptions for 119 yards in the team’s Week 1 victory, becoming the fifth player in NFL history to record at least 10 receptions in his NFL debut.
San Francisco 49ers quarterback BROCK PURDY became the team’s starter in Week 14 of last season and has not looked back. After leading the 49ers to victory in each of their final five regular-season games in 2022, Purdy recorded 220 passing yards, two touchdown passes and no interceptions for a 111.3 rating in San Francisco’s victory over Pittsburgh last week. It marked his sixth consecutive regular-season start with at least two touchdown passes and a passer rating of 95-or-higher.

Dustin and I make our Week 1 predictions for games played Thursday September 7th thru Monday September 11th. Here's what to look for in Week 1 of the NFL 2023.
Cincinnati quarterback JOE BURROW tied for second in the NFL with 35 touchdown passes last season and ranked fifth with 4,475 passing yards. He has 11,774 passing yards since entering the league in 2020 and became the first player ever to record at least 400 passing yards in five games within his first three seasons.
Last season, Buffalo quarterback JOSH ALLEN ranked second among quarterbacks with 42 combined passing and rushing touchdowns (35 passing, seven rushing). Since entering the league in 2018, Allen has 176 combined passing and rushing touchdowns, the second-most in the NFL.
Since entering the NFL in 2016, Dallas quarterback DAK PRESCOTT has totaled 24,943 passing yards and 1,642 rushing yards in 97 games.
San Francisco 49ers quarterback BROCK PURDY became the team’s starter in Week 14 of last season and has not looked back since.
