The Portland Trail Blazers survived a surprisingly thrilling seeding finale against Brooklyn to set up a weekend play-in against the Memphis Grizzlies to decide the Western Conference's eighth and final playoff spot.

Once again, we all might learn something from the NBA as they continue to find a way to play ball and deal with COVID-19. The WNBA is moving right along, great competitive action so far, Chicago Sky, Seattle Storm are your early leaders in the young season. Denver Broncos LB Von Miller is seriously thinking about opting out of the 2020 NFL season.
